Cancellation Policy
Beauty Therapy Cancellation Policy Appointment Cancellations Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment can be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a £5.00 cancellation fee. (deposit) Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice (no-show) may be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Any booking deposit is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows but will be deducted from your treatment cost if you attend your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee may still apply. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any waiver of cancellation fees is at our discretion.
